Landlord Flat Renovation, Glasgow
We were asked by our Landlord client to completely renovate this flat in Albion Gate, Glasgow. They had a new tenant moving in in a matter of weeks and need the work done quickly and of course to a high standard.
Our team got to work and even though we found a few surprises along the way, we were finished ahead of schedule and on budget. Services included:
– Complete rewire
– New boiler install
– Complete refurb of bathroom and kitchen
– New flooring throughout
